Good quality, quick delivery
I ordered a modern ceiling fan and a couple of LED mirrors from Dazuma last month. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, pretty easy to navigate through all the options. Everything arrived in about 6 days, which was faster than I expected for such large items. The packaging was very secure, no damage at all. The ceiling fan looks great and was relatively simple to install; the mirrors are also high quality. I did have a question about wiring one of the mirrors, and their customer support replied to my email within a day with a clear explanation. Overall, a solid experience and I'd consider them again for lighting.

Decent lighting, some issues
I bought an industrial pendant light and some Edison bulbs from Dazuma. The pendant light itself is quite good for the price I paid, and the bulbs look nice. Delivery took a little longer than I hoped, about 9 days to get to my place in Florida. I also noticed that one of the Edison bulbs was shattered when I opened the box, despite the good packaging for the pendant. Customer service was responsive and sent a replacement bulb out, but it still meant a delay. The website is fine, but sometimes finding specific product dimensions was a bit tricky. Good value, but could improve on consistency with delivery and quality control.
Love my new chandelier!
I just received my crystal chandelier from Dazuma, and it is stunning! It brightens up my dining room perfectly. The pictures on the website didn't even do it justice. The entire process from choosing to receiving was so easy. I will definitely be back to Dazuma for more lighting needs and will tell all my friends about them. So happy with this purchase!
